Growing Through Self-awareness
Some very deep-rooted thought and behavior patterns are sometimes best tackled through counselling or therapy, but often coaching can be the most effective way of holding a mirror up to an unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, and devising a workable strategy for replacing them with a healthier approaches for yourself.
All coaching offers you the possibility of growing through self-awareness, it allows you to reflect and take new meanings from the things that are most important to you and makes you at peace with your life choices.
Keeping vigilant
Even when the issue we’re addressing seems simple and straight forward, the process of coaching can reveal more complex matters. I shall remain vigilant that I maintain the best possible support for you. Coaching someone who has clinical depression is not appropriate and if I feel the need to sensitively help the client to seek the right kind of support to move forward I shall.
